49ers activate Samuel Womack, announce other roster moves ahead of Seahawks game
Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

The San Francisco 49ers announce roster moves ahead of tonight's Thanksgiving matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

Cornerback Samuel Womack has been activated from the injured reserve list. He was placed on injured reserve on September 16 due to an MCL injury. The 49ers opened Womack's practice window on November 6. San Francisco made the cornerback a fifth-round draft pick out of Toledo in 2022.

Cornerback Shemar Jean-Charles was waived to make room for Womack on the roster. Jean-Charles appeared in five games with the team and registered one tackle.

In addition, the following players have been activated from the team's practice squad (standard elevations):

  • OL Jesse Davis
  • OL Corey Luciano

The 49ers announced that defensive lineman Robert Beal Jr.'s game status has been downgraded from "questionable" to "out."
