Boston College vs. Virginia: The No. 11 Virginia Cavaliers pulled a stunning upset as they came from behind to beat the No. 3 Boston College Eagles, 13-12 in overtime. Two freshmen came up huge for the Cavaliers as Kate Galica and Madison Alaimo combined for 7 points and accounted for all of the Wahoos final 3 goals, including the game-winner from Alaimo. Mel Josephson was outstanding in the cage, finishing with 10 saves in the win. Emma LoPinto and Kayla Martello each scored 3 goals for the Eagles in the loss.
