Another transfer portal win for the Minnesota Golden Gophers with Sunday’s commitment from former Clemson recruit Adam Kissayi.

Kissayi is a 6-foot-7 defensive lineman from Heritage High School in Palm Bay, Florida. He’s a 3-star prospect, according to 247Sports, and considered a player who could become a special player once he adds muscle in a college weightlifting program.

“Should be viewed as a developmental take with rare features. Could morph into a true difference-maker if it all comes together,” his profile at 247Sports reads.

Kissayi actually originally committed to Minnesota in June 2023 before withdrawing him commitment and announcing his commitment to Clemson that July.
