Texas A&M (6-6) v. Georgia (7-5).
Not excited yet? Neither defense has figured out what playing defense means yet this season, which is why these teams are in Shreveport this time of year. However, instead of taking the easy way out and saying this game will feature an offensive shootout, I see ineffective offenses keeping this thing under control points wise. Texas A&M is one of the youngest teams in the country and Georgia, well, they have Joe Cox.
If Mark Richt is smart he will pull out the gameplan from the Georgia Tech game and keep the ball away from Joe Cox by handing it off, a lot. Mike Sherman needs to make sure the Aggies team which allowed 62 points to Kansas State and 65 points to Oklahoma doesn't show up. Texas A&M had a combined 14 points in those games.
Since I have faith in neither team to show up and do enough to win, I'm declaring this one a toss up. Therefore, I'm taking the team Lincoln didn't pick.
